Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses in the US and the UK. 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 3-10 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary based on customer location and from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?

A. It will take usually up to 2-3 business days, while, in peak times, it may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.

Q. Do you ship Worldwide?

A. YES! But unfortunately not to all products and not all countries so please see the description for available shipping locations.  We will be adding more international shipping products in the near future!

 Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. YES! We offer completely FREE shipping on all our products shipping to the US! Due to the limited amount of products available currently to other countries there may be a shipping charge for international shipping. Look for products in the future for free international shipping.

Q. Where is your company located?

A. Our company's headquarters are located in the US.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart may be displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure and are SSL-encrypted to protect your data!

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
